Texas leafy appliance rebate is delayed
A program oblation Texans rebates for buying energy-efficient appliances has been delayed for a connect days. The Texas Trade Up Appliance Rebate Program was scheduled to glide out April 5, but the Comptroller's job said it will not agree to bear requests until April 7. After that time, residents can petition for payments to upgrade to Energy Star-rated appliances.
Forms can be accessed or by province (877) 780-3039. Texans are circumscribed to two appliance rebates per household and purchases must be made between April 16-25 in Texas stores. Participants can also be subjected to $75 to recycle the ageing appliance.
The form will use $23 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds to oversee and bring about the program.
